Break the spell of silence. Find your voice again. Say what you need to say. Say what needs to be heard. Refuse to remain trapped in a prison of fear and take back your ability to communicate. After all, the only way we can understand and accept each other is through communication. (A lesson I am currently learning and will forever be working at.)
